Electronic hot-pressed paper board, also known as electronic insulating paper board or phenolic resin paper board, is a composite material manufactured by hot-pressing and curing layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic or other thermosetting resins under high temperature and pressure. It is a type of laminate.

• Roll packing: Outside wrapped by waterproof kraft paper and PE film, put on pallet or without pallet.
• Sheet & ream packing: Wrapped by PE film on each pallet, 4 angles with paper protector, standard seaworthy export packaging.
• Support custom if needed.

The paperboard is widely used in applications requiring insulation, structural support, and a degree of heat resistance.

1. Printed Circuit Board Substrate: Used to manufacture single-sided printed circuit boards, widely found in household appliances (e.g., TVs, air conditioners, washing machines), consumer electronics, toys, and electronic instruments.
2. Transformer Bobbins/Insulators: For supporting and isolating coils.
3. Motor Slot Wedges and Insulating Gaskets: Used in stators and rotors of electric motors and generators.
