Rogers RT Series:

Rogers RT/duroid® high frequency circuit materials are filled PTFE (random glass or ceramic) composite laminates for use in high reliability, aerospace and defense applications. The RT/duroid series has a long industry presence of providing high reliability materials with superior performance.

RT/duroid 5880 laminates has a low dielectric constant (Dk) and low dielectric loss, making them well suited for high frequency/broadband applications. Helping to maintain the Dk uniformity are the randomly oriented microfibers reinforcing the PTFE composites.

  • Dk OR 2.20+/-.02.
  • Dissipation factor of .0009 at 10GHz.
  • Low moisture absorption 0.02%.
  • Isotropic.
