Itroduction

The hydraulic lifting and luffing hydraulic winch system selected by HGY70 hydraulic crawler pipelayer is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, hydraulic normally closed multi-plate brake, planetary gearbox, clutch, reel, support shaft, frame and so on. The hydraulic motor has high mechanical efficiency and large starting torque, and a balance valve is integrated on the distributor. Brakes, gearboxes, clutches, etc. are directly installed in the reel. The extremely high volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic motor and the high-quality balance valve solve the phenomenon of secondary sliding of the winch and vibration of the empty hook. The clutch attached to the hook winch realizes the free-falling hook function.

Feature
The lifting system adopts open hydraulic transmission with gear pump oil supply with strong anti pollution ability and self-priming ability, with stable transmission, stepless speed change, good micro motion performance and strong adaptability.
The lifting hook and boom luffing are controlled by hydraulic winch, and the counterweight retraction and release are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder, which meets the requirements for efficiency and accuracy during pipe crane operation.
The boom is welded with HG60 high-strength steel, with light weight and high strength.
