Itroduction
- HGY90 hydraulic crawler pipelayer is a mature product developed according to the market demand and combined with the experience of the original pipelayer. This series of products adopts the domestic well-known Shantui crawler-type pipelayer special chassis, the transmission system is a trinity hydraulic transmission mode of engine, torque converter and gearbox, and the power equipment is Cummins series engines of domestic well-known brands. A low-temperature starting device is added to the whole machine, and the working device adopts full hydraulic drive, which mainly realizes three actions: lifting and lowering of the hook; swinging of the boom; lifting and lowering of the counterweight. An integral hydraulic winch drives the boom and hook separately. The jib is made of low-alloy high-strength steel and has a strong box-section welded structure. The pipelayer is equipped with a pipelayer intelligent monitor, hook automatic limit device and boom automatic limit device to monitor and control the working conditions of the pipelayer in real time. The pipelayer series products have good fretting performance and have the function of fast hook drop.
