INTRODUCTION
The lifting mechanism is composed of a hook, a pulley block, a hoist, a driving motor, a brake, and a hook clutch. The hoisting mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reduction mechanism to drive the hoist drum to realize the lifting and lowering of the hook. In addition to the normal lifting function, the lifting mechanism also has the function of safety hook drop. A normally closed brake is installed at the input end of the reducer to ensure the safety and reliability of the lifting mechanism.

Feature
The lifting system adopts open hydraulic transmission with gear pump oil supply with strong anti pollution ability and self-priming ability, with stable transmission, stepless speed change, good micro motion performance and strong adaptability.
The lifting hook and boom luffing are controlled by hydraulic winch, and the counterweight retraction and release are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder, which meets the requirements for efficiency and accuracy during pipe crane operation.
The boom is welded with HG60 high-strength steel, with light weight and high strength.
