INTRODUCTION
The control is divided into luffing control, lifting control and counterweight control. The control adopts the control mode of the decompression pilot control valve to control the hydraulic reversing valve. The layout is convenient.
A free-falling hook switch is set on the operating table. When a dangerous situation requires an emergency hook-dropping, press this switch to realize the free-falling hook quick-release function.

Feature
The lifting system adopts open hydraulic transmission with gear pump oil supply with strong anti pollution ability and self-priming ability, with stable transmission, stepless speed change, good micro motion performance and strong adaptability.
The lifting hook and boom luffing are controlled by hydraulic winch, and the counterweight retraction and release are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder, which meets the requirements for efficiency and accuracy during pipe crane operation.
The boom is welded with HG60 high-strength steel, with light weight and high strength.
