Oscillating voice coil motors also play an important role in mounters. Oscillating voice coil motors are mainly used to drive the patch head for precise positioning and movement. Since mounters need to perform precise placement operations at high speeds, the performance of the drive motors is required to be extremely high. Oscillating voice coil motors are ideal for mounters because of their fast response and high precision control.
During the working process of the mounter, the oscillating voice coil motor makes the patch head achieve high-speed and high-precision movement in the direction of X and Y axes by accurately controlling the size and direction of the current. At the same time, through the synergistic work with other control systems, the oscillating voice coil motor can also realise the Z-axis height adjustment and rotary operation of the mounter head, in order to meet the needs of the mapping of different specifications of electronic components.
