The SUPT shaft-type voice coil motor, model VCAB0015-0127-00A, features high precision and is specifically designed for semiconductor wafer probe testing, precision height positioning, and automated test equipment applications.
This linear voice coil motor features a built-in motion shaft design and incorporates precision linear bearings, providing exceptional guidance accuracy and smooth operation. The motion shaft is made of lightweight, high-rigidity, and wear-resistant materials, ensuring stable performance.
