SUPT MOTION’s VCAB0013-0072-00A model is a high-precision semi-shafted linear voice coil motor specifically developed for precision testing applications in the 3C electronics industry. It features a built-in precision linear bearing and a wear-resistant drive shaft, The shaft end features an M3 external thread design, allowing direct connection to actuators such as inspection probes, suction nozzles, and positioning fixtures without the need for intermediate transmission components. It perfectly meets the high-precision positioning requirements of applications such as 3C electronic chip inspection, component appearance inspection, and precision dimensional measurement.
This linear voice coil motor employs an optimized magnetic circuit design and a core-less winding structure to eliminate cogging effects, with thrust fluctuation during operation ≤0.8%. It exhibits no mechanical hysteresis or backlash, delivering high positioning accuracy, excellent repeatability, and rapid response. It can quickly perform actions such as the precise positioning of inspection probes, high-speed pick-and-place of chips, and dimensional measurement of components, improving inspection efficiency by 40% compared to traditional stepper motors and significantly boosting the inspection efficiency and yield rate of 3C electronics production lines.
This linear voice coil motor supports both PWM pulse control and analog control, enabling seamless integration with mainstream control systems such as PLCs and industrial PCs, making commissioning simple and convenient. Additionally, the linear voice coil motor features a low-vibration design that prevents issues such as blurred inspection images and measurement data deviations caused by vibration, ensuring the accuracy of 3C electronic component inspection.
Compared to traditional inspection drive solutions, the VCAB0013-0072-00A eliminates intermediate transmission components such as gears, lead screws, and synchronous belts. It features a more compact structure, higher positioning accuracy, and faster response times, providing an efficient, stable, and precise direct-drive solution for the field of precision inspection of 3C electronic products.
