Galvanized Steel Frame Deep Pleated HEPA Filter For Ventilation System

High efficiency filter with partition board is made of microfiber as filter material, plywood paper, aluminum platinum as partition board, and wood frame or aluminum frame glue and made of, with high filtration efficiency, low resistance, large air volume advantages, widely used with all kinds of bureau purification equipment and clean workshop. The standard fold number of high efficiency filter with separator is determined by the height of separator and the tightness of separator paper and filter paper when assembled.

Overview

Deep Pleat HEPA filter is the terminal device in purified air supply system. It aims to provide the air with desirable static pressure before passing through HEPA filter, to enable uniform air-out.

Hepa filter requiring filed leak detection is provided with DOP dust and leakage detection mouth, and differential pressure detection mouth and lower damper based on customer’s requirements.
