HEPA Filter

also named HEPA filter air supply plenum chamber, is the terminal device in purified air supply system. It aims to provide the air with desirable static pressure before passing through HEPA filter, to enable uniform air-out.

Hepa filter H11 H12 H13 H14 requiring filed leak detection is provided with DOP dust and leakage detection mouth, and differential pressure detection mouth and lower damper based on customer’s requirements.

HEPA filters are designed to arrest very fine particles (dust) effectively.

There are a number of sealing modes, such as dry-type sealing, wet-type sealing, dry & wet double sealing negative pressure type, wet-type double sealing negative pressure type available for customer’s option. The case material may be plastic-spry steel plate, S304 stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy section, etc.
