Specific Characteristic:
- Vacuum Capability: It is capable of being high degree of vacuum. A standard vacuum method is used to make consistent high quality products.
- Mold Opening Design: A patent is granted for a new type rail mold opening. The opening angle is up to 90 degrees. It is very convenient for operation. Another feature of the new rail mold opening is that there is no need to remove the base of the rail mold opening while replacing molds. It promotes the work efficiency and safety.
- Mold Loading / Unloading Design: Incorporate a special design into the mechanism of mold loading / unloading. It is durable, quiet. speedy and stale.
- Hydraulic System Design: The system employs both high and low pressure pumps and is able to close both presses simultaneously. The system is quiet, reliable with minimum maintenance required.
- Alignment: Two speeds of mold calibration are provided for users to choose form, fast and slow. It makes the calibration more safe and more accurate.
Flow Of Machine Motions:
- Close the mold and load the mold
- After loading the mold, the main cylinder goes up to the predetermined position. Lower the vacuum hood. Suck out the air unit a state of vacuum is reached. The main cylinder goes up. Increase the pressure to expel bubbles out.
- After bubbles are expelled completely, the state of vacuum exists no more. Lift the vacuum mask and curing.
- Lower the main cylinder and unload the mold. Open the mold.
- Take out the final product and put new material in.
