Operating Principle
The motor drives the shaft and hammer heads to rotate at high velocity. Materials entering the crusher chamber are broken into smaller particles. Qualified materials discharge through the sieve chassis, then proceed to roller screening for subsequent brick manufacturing processes.
Spare Parts & Maintenance
Essential spare parts include hammer heads, hammer handles, sieve plates, and safety plates. These components are subject to regular wear and require periodic replacement. For automated brick plants, we recommend replacing these parts every three months of continuous operation.
Global Deployment
Our automatic clay brick making systems have been successfully deployed worldwide, including Uzbekistan, Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, South Africa, and numerous other countries.
Frequently Asked Questions
What applications do these machines serve?
These brick manufacturing machines produce fired red clay bricks, solid bricks, hollow bricks, perforated bricks, and various fired clay brick types. They are essential for establishing complete brick production facilities.
What is the investment range?
Pricing varies significantly based on production requirements. Daily output capacities of 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 bricks require different machine models and kiln configurations. Typical investment ranges start from $200,000 USD.
What infrastructure is required?
Establishing a brick factory requires land acquisition, electrical infrastructure, workshop construction, brick machinery, electrical equipment, brick dryers, and brick ovens/kilns.
Pre-installation considerations
- Conduct local market analysis to determine optimal production capacity
- Define brick type, dimensions, and daily production targets
- Obtain preliminary production line design for land planning
- Test raw materials before land acquisition
- Determine available fuel sources (coal powder or natural gas)
- Finalize complete brick manufacturing plant design based on investment
- Initiate procurement and construction phases
