The SJ360 Double Shaft Clay Brick Mixer is a 75 kW industrial mixing machine designed for red clay brick production lines. This robust equipment efficiently blends clay, soil, and water to ensure optimal material consistency for high-quality brick manufacturing.

The Double Shaft Mixer operates through a power transmission mechanism and working mechanism. Couplers transfer power to mixing shafts, which rotate in opposite directions via gears. This counter-rotation action thoroughly mixes materials while pushing them outward through mixing blades for transfer to subsequent brick making equipment.

This industrial mixer processes materials and water delivered through water tubes, ensuring proper homogenization that enhances material performance. The consistent mixing quality guarantees superior brick appearance, structural integrity, and production capacity maintenance. Available in SJ (mixing only) and SJJ (mixing with extruding) series to accommodate diverse brick factory configurations.
