The JKZ90 Automatic Double Stage Vacuum Extruder is a complete fired clay brick production system featuring upper mixing chamber, lower extruding chamber, vacuum system and pneumatic system. This industrial-grade machinery delivers high-volume brick manufacturing with precision and reliability.

This extruder processes brick-making materials through mixing, vacuum degassing, and high-pressure extrusion to produce high-strength hollow bricks. Finished products include:
  • Outer-wall decoration bricks: Smooth surface, uniform color, fired with natural gas or coal powder
  • Inner-wall construction bricks: Higher strength, rough surface, fired with coal additives
All brick sizes, shapes, and hole rates can be customized according to client requirements.
