Operational Mechanism
This robust system features a heavy-duty portal frame structure with a three-dimensional moving trolley carriage, precision lifting mechanism, and specialized clamping head equipped with multiple gripping claws. The automated process begins with the clamping head descending to the grouping belt, where all claws simultaneously engage to lift the entire brick batch from the cutting table. The assembly then elevates, moves horizontally above the kiln car, descends to the designated position, and releases the complete brick formation according to pre-programmed stacking patterns. This cycle repeats automatically until the entire kiln car is fully loaded.
