JT2051A&B is a two-component room temperature curing epoxy resin system specifically formulated for iron core coating applications in dry-type transformers. This transparent epoxy resin provides excellent electrical insulation and protection for transformer components.

• Curing Conditions: 8-12 hours @25°C or 6 hours @60°C
• Full Curing: 3 days at room temperature
• Hardness: 70-80 Shore D

Mix both components in the specified 4:1 ratio and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Apply to iron core surfaces once viscosity increases to optimal coating consistency.
