JT 006A/B Epoxy Resin System is a liquid, latent, silica flour-filled, hot-curing cast resin system specifically formulated for transformer insulation applications. This two-component system offers excellent impregnating performance and is suitable for both conventional casting and automated pressure gelation (APG) processes.

Pre-filled means the resin or hardener has been filled with silica sands before delivery to optimize processing performance.
Is Pre-filled resin cheaper than Pure resin?
Generally yes, but final cost should consider local availability of qualified silica sands and shipping expenses.
Why doesn't JiangTe resin offer Flexibilizer and Accelerator separately?
We've already added flexibilizers and accelerators into the resin/hardener components before delivery for simplified processing.
