Application Process

- Thoroughly clean mold cavity with solvent to remove all grease and wax, ensuring surface is clean and dry
- For new molds: Apply 3-4 coats initially (allow solvent evaporation between coats)
- For subsequent use: Apply single coat after every 2-10 casting cycles
- Proper application is achieved when a thin, uniform coating forms on mold surface
