JT 8219A/B liquid epoxy resin system is a room temperature curing electrical insulation coating specifically designed for transformer iron cores and electronic components. This two-component system offers excellent electrical properties, thermal stability, and processing flexibility.

Processing & Curing
Room Temperature Curing: 24 hours at 25°C followed by 6 hours at 60°C for optimal properties.
Vacuum Casting: Recommended mold temperature 70-80°C with demolding time of 5-8 hours depending on temperature and volume.

- Wear protective gloves, clothing, and safety glasses
- Use appropriate ventilation with 3-5 air changes per hour
- Store in sealed containers at 18-35°C
- Protect from moisture absorption
