JT 8054A modified epoxy resin is a room temperature curing electrical insulation system specifically designed for coil frame work and electronic component encapsulation. This medium viscosity epoxy offers excellent electrical properties and processing characteristics.

Ideal for vacuum casting processing with typical mold temperatures of 70-80°C. Demoulding time ranges from 5-8 hours depending on temperature and volume, followed by post-curing at 130°C for 10 hours.
This product may cause skin and eye irritation. Use appropriate personal protective equipment including gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing. Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
