JT2051A&B is a two-component room temperature curing epoxy resin system specifically formulated for coating transformer iron cores in dry-type transformers, CTs, and PTs.

Processing Parameters
Mixing Ratio: JT2051A/JT2051B = 4/1 (pbw)
Applicable Time: 25-40 minutes at 25℃ (100g mixture)
Curing Conditions: 8-12 hours @25℃ or 6 hours @60℃, full curing takes 3 days at room temperature

Application Process
Mix both components in specified proportion, allow to stand for 10 minutes, then brush onto iron core as viscosity increases.
