F-Grade Fiberglass Mesh for Electrical Insulation
Professional-grade DMD (Dacron-Mylar-Dacron) composite material specifically engineered for dry-type transformer insulation applications. Manufactured in ISO-certified facilities with stringent quality control.

DMD insulation material is specifically designed for transformer manufacturing, providing excellent electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength.
Technical Specifications & Processing
- Mixing ratio: JT2051A/JT2051B = 4/1 (parts by weight)
- Applicable time: 25-40 minutes at 25°C (100g mixture)
- Curing conditions: 8-12 hours at 25°C or 6 hours at 60°C
- Full curing: 3 days at room temperature
Application Process: Mix both components in specified proportion, allow to rest for 10 minutes, then apply to iron core as viscosity increases.
