Product Overview
Specialized mould release agent designed for casting processes with APG molds in dry type transformer manufacturing. Ideal for transformer, CT, and PT applications.

Application Process
- Thoroughly clean mold cavity with solvent to remove grease and wax, ensuring surface is clean and dry
- For new molds: Apply 3-4 initial coats (spray again after solvent evaporation)
- For regular use: Apply one coat per mold or after 2-10 casting cycles
- Application complete when thin, uniform coating forms on mold surface
