Processing Guidelines

Preparation

Casting mold preheating: 100-110°C for over 10 hours
4000kVA+ transformer coils require extended preheating
Coil temperature must be ≥80°C during installation
Silica powder sealed at 110-120°C for 6+ hours

Mixing & Degassing

Material A (epoxy): 65-70°C, stirring ≥2 hours, 100-200pa
Material B (curing agent): 65-70°C, stirring ≥2 hours, 100-200pa
Final mixing ratio: Component A:B = 100:100
Vacuum degassing: ≥300pa for 15-30 minutes

Casting Process

Casting tank temperature: 80-85°C
Vacuum treatment: ≥300pa for ≥2 hours
Final mixing casting completion: within 90 minutes
Optional pressurization: 0.2-0.3mpa after vacuum treatment

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: Component A: 24kg, Component B: 6kg

Storage: Store sealed in original containers in dry, ventilated area. Shelf life: 6 months at 18-40°C. Retesting required if shelf life is exceeded.
