Curing Process Specifications
Initial Gelatin Process
- 8 hours at 80°C
- 2 hours at 100°C
- 6 hours at 130°C
Demoulding Procedure
Execute demoulding actions carefully and efficiently. After demoulding, transfer casting parts to the oven within 5 minutes and cool with the furnace.
Final Processing
Allow casting parts to cool below 40°C before removal from furnace.
