Construction Details
Separated structure with box and heating chamber assembled on-site. Outer shell constructed from Q235 sheet metal with acrylic air-dry paint. Chamber material and framework utilize SUS304 stainless steel (1.2-1.5mm). Thermal insulation features superior quality aluminum silicate cotton with 120mm bottom insulation and 200mm+ for other sections.
Control & Safety Systems
Intelligent program regulating instrument with PID control, 50 programs, J-type thermocouple. Comprehensive protection includes electrical short circuit, over current, gas under-pressure, air pressure switch, gas leakage detection, ignition failure alarm, and flame monitoring.
