Furnace System Structure
Separated structure design with box and heating chamber assembled on-site. Features front double-opening manual doors with horn handle adjustment mechanism.
Construction Materials: Outer shell uses Q235 sheet metal (δ1.8) with acrylic air-dry paint coating. Chamber constructed from SUS304 (1.2-1.5mm) with SUS304 framework. Thermal insulation utilizes superior quality aluminum silicate cotton with 120mm bottom insulation and 200mm+ for other sections.
Air Circulation System
Dual low-noise centrifugal fans (5.5#, 14000m³/h wind, 7.5KW power) circulate hot air through side ducts into the workspace, ensuring uniform temperature distribution without cold spots or dead zones.
Control & Safety Systems
Separate control cabinet with Yudian AI719A intelligent program regulating instrument (50 programs, PID control). Comprehensive protection includes electrical short circuit protection, over current protection, burner interlocks, and multiple burner safety features including gas leak detection and flame monitoring.
