Working Principle
The mixing barrel is suspended at the end of the main and driven axles through two Y-type universal joints that intersect perpendicularly in space. When the drive shaft rotates, the barrel moves through translation, rotation, and rolling motions, creating three-dimensional compound movement of materials in axial, radial, and circumferential directions. This ensures thorough flow, diffusion, and doping between multiple materials, achieving uniform mixing without temperature rise.
