The flywheel products are made of standard HT250 material, with a matrix hardness of 170-200HB. The ring gear part is made of standard 45# alloy steel and adopts high-frequency quenching process. The tooth part hardness can reach 48-58HRC, making the product more heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and durable.

Our company uses fully automatic CNC machine tools, machining centers, and dynamic balancing equipment in the processing process to ensure better machining accuracy of the product, which can achieve the dimensional accuracy of automotive OEM parts, making the product quieter and more stable during use.

Inspection is carried out using equipment such as three-coordinate (3-D Measuring)/ metallurgical micro-test/ hardness tester/ tensile testing machine to ensure that the products leaving the factory will not have defective products.

For export products, high-strength five-layer A-level cartons are used with rust-proof oil applied on the outside and rust-proof sealed bags covered outside to ensure that the products will not rust due to transportation issues.
