Product Description
Brass rod making machines are used to produce brass rods of various sizes and specifications. These machines are designed to melt brass scraps or raw brass material and then transform the molten brass into solid rods through a series of processes.
Melting: Brass scraps or raw brass material are melted in a furnace or other heating equipment. The temperature is carefully controlled to ensure the brass is properly melted.
Drawing: In the drawen process, the brass is forced through a die to shape it into a rod with the desired diameter and length. This process helps improve the mechanical properties and surface finish of the brass rod.
Cooling and Cutting: the brass rod is cooled using a water system.After cooled, the rod is cut into the desired lengths using a cutting machine.
Finishing: The cut brass rods may undergo additional processes such as straightening, peeling, or surface treatment to meet specific requirements.
