Curvy fence panels, also known as 3D fencing, Triangle bend fence ,is a type of welded wire mesh which has V-shaped strengthen bending curves. Triangle bend fence is made of high quality low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire. Then will be hot dipped galvanized,powder coated or pvc coated.Triangle bend fence looks modern and attractive.
Mainly used for security protection in construction site, residential building, sports field, arehouse, highway or airport service area, railway station, etc.
SHS post is the most popular post for welded mesh fence. It includes welded mesh panels, steel post and the accessories. We use good quality low carbon steel wire or galvanized wire do the welding, then make several curves based on the height of the panels to make the panel rigid and strong. Normally there will be 3cm spike wire left at the top of the panels to make the fence jump over proof as well as good looking. For the surface treatment of the panels we use electrostatic spray or PVC dipped coating. For the post, we use galvanized then do electrostatic spray.
Surface Treatment: The panels undergo surface treatment to improve their durability and appearance. Options for surface treatment include electrostatic spray or PVC dipped coating. This helps protect against corrosion and extends the life of the fence.
