Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. But our clients need to cover the freight.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production time needs 7-15days according to the order quantity .
Q3. What's the Payment way ?
A:We accept payment by Alipay,Wechat,T/T,credit card,etc.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7days to arrive.
Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly Please tell me your parameters.(such as color, power, current,voltage, color temperature, CRI...)
Secondly We will send datasheet for your reference. and gine you quotation
Thirdly If the customer wants to place an order ,we will check whether there is in stock .If there is no inventory, we will tell the customer how many days of production time are needed,check the freight according to the post code provided by the customer,and send PI to the customer.
Fourthly customer places an order , then we will arrange the produce and delievey.
