Q1.How to proceed an order for led light?

A: First we will ask you the parameters you need, such as voltage, power, color temperature, size, etc. Secondly, we will quote you according to your requirements and check the shipping cost according to your postal code. At the same time, we will check whether there is stock for you and tell you how long it will take to ship. If you place an order, we will start production for you and then ship it to you.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production time needs 7-12days according to the order quantity .

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?What's the Payment way ?

A: MOQ is 100pcs for each model. We support payment via WeChat, Alipay, credit card, T/T, etc.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by  FedEx /DHL. FedEx/DHL usually takes about 5-8 days, whileother ways takes about 10-20 days. The freight rates are also different. We also ship by other means.

Q5.Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 

Q6: How long can this led light  work?

A:Our led chip working time is 50000 hours.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new.
