Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Sure,we are happy that you ordered our LED.This is recognition of our products.
Q2. What about the product time?
A:Frist,I will check if have in stock.If have,we only need bake and we are ready to ship it.If haven't,we will need about 7-9 working days to product.If your quantity is large,we will need about 9-12 working days to product.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. In additional,we also ship by other way.It is more cheaper ,but the ship time is more long,usualy need about 10-20 days .Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4: Do you offer guarantee for the products? and How to deal with the faulty?
A: Sure, we offer 3 years warranty to our products. If the LED happened any question,please tell me in time.I will solve it as soon as possible.We will analyse question and improve the quality of the LED to avoid happen same problems.
Q6: How to ordered led lights?
A: First, Please kindly tell me your requirements or application.(such as packing size, color, power, voltage,current, CCT, CRI...)
Second, We send you the Technique data for you reference. and give you a quote.
Third, customer confirms the samples and we can check the freight for customer, then we will send the PI for you
Fourth, customer places an order , then we will arrange the produce and delievey.
Finally,we produce the LEDs,we will ship it to you.
