Producing Process
raw material exfoliation
The raw material exfoliated to 10-20 times after heating under 300-500°C, which during the process lose the steam in the structure and turn into porous insulation state.
Shaping
With steel mould and high pressure machine, the raw material shaped into required size, thickness and density.
Packing
After shaping and QC checking, the vermiculite boards will be turned to drying furnace, and then have second QC checking. After that, the approved items will be packing by pallet.
