Lead edge feeder
A) Servo control free-pressure feeding system adopted to avoid the cardboard being pressed ,improve the pressure resistance of cardboard

F) First row of feeding rollers: Upper feeding roller diameter is 132 mm ,seamless steel covered with wear-resistant rubber treated by balance rectification. Down feeding roller diameter is 156 mm, seamless steel with knurling surface,treated by balance rectification.
G) Second row of feeding rollers:Upper feeding roller diameter is 86 mm with dia two 132mm feeding rings ,seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification

Feeding Unit
Edge feeder device
A.Front feed mechanism, feed accurate, fast.
B.The leading edge is the width of the front board as positioning reference, without affecting the width of error of cardboard cut in line printing, slotting, die-cutting of locating datum requirements. Electric tone block box.
C.Has a higher processing capacity of thin cardboard delivery. (E, B-watt cardboard can be smoothly fed).
D.Suction outlet air flow from the inverter control, air volume can be adjusted according to the size of cardboard, Alice degree bend, easy to adjust, fast and freely.
Machine clutch
Single button switch control electric machine separation and combination, along with automatic alarm device, the road between the continuous ringing alert to ensure the safety of personnel.
Feed roller
A.Send the paper roll is inserted using a single channel trench roller, wear rubber buffer selection, dynamic balance correction, to ensure smooth feeding and accurate.
B.Lower feed roller embossing roll steel, hard chrome plating, wear balancing correction.
C.Use upper and lower feed rollers gap Oldham type trimming device wrench adjustment dial display.

- Phase position and slotting height is controlled by frequency converter, ensuring high precision.
- During feeding, the ink roller will automatically down. When feeding stops, it will automatically go up. Since that, the waste of paperboard can be reduced.

B. Anvil Cylinder (Upper)
