General Features
1. The bottom printing printer slotter die cutter in line case maker consists of lead edge feeder, bottom printers, slotter, die cutter in line case maker, counter ejector and delivery section.
2. All the units can move, all the rollers gap adjusted by PLC and touch screen, all the electric parts are Siemens.
3. Gears are made of 20CrMnTi,HRC 55-62, class 6 precision. Main Bearings SKF, the others are of NSK.
4. Pull roll transfer at all printing units.
5 Ceramic anilox rollers with LPI arrangements within 250-300.

- Transmission gears are of 20Cr MnTi, fine grinding, heat treatment, hardness more than 60 degree.

Lead Edge Feeder
1. Lead edge paper feeding system which can greatly reduce the jam during the paper feeding;
2. Lateral baffle is electrically adjusted and front and back baffle is manually adjusted;
3. Paper feeding counter can set and display production quantity;
4. Paper feeding wheel is made of polyurethane possessing strong friction force and long durability;
Features of printing units
1) Vacuum transfer at printing unit, convey the cardboards accurately, the printing registration =_ 0.5mm.
2) Ceramic anilox roller with chamber doctoring blade chamber ink distribution,doctoring blade scrapes the ink on ceramic anilox roller to leave the ink on the mesh for fine printing result.
3)Ceramic anilox roller is steel pipe plated with ceramic grinded surface and laser-carved anilox with longer life than metallic anilox roller.
4) Close type doctoring blade system and innovated ink-closed design to make the ink distributed very well, save the inks.
5) Pneumatic lock, doctoring blade compensation structure to make the ceramic anilox touch the doctoring blade well for good ink distribution effect.
6) All the rollers undergo balance treatment, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface. All the roller movement adjusted in the computer.

Scorer wheel gap, turbo box electric adjustable, graduated disc display adjust range -mm. Alloy tool steel with heat treatment, grinded slot teeth, good hardness and toughness.
