Hot dip galvalume steel is a premium coated steel product manufactured using cold rolled steel substrates of varying strength and thickness. Through the hot dip process, a protective Al-Zn coating is applied to both surfaces, with composition of approximately 55% aluminum, 1.6% silicon, and 43.4% zinc.

This innovative coating combines the physical protective characteristics and durability of aluminum with the electrochemical protective properties of zinc. The finished product features a bright silver surface with a distinctive embossed-like pattern, offering both superior corrosion resistance and decorative appeal.
