Main steel frame consists of steel beams, columns, trusses and other components made from section steel and steel plate. All components undergo rust removal and anti-rust processes including shot blasting, painting, and galvanizing. Connections are made using welding, bolts, or rivets. Baodu's pre-engineered steel structure buildings are custom-designed to meet your exact requirements with virtually any frame geometry possible.
Secondary structural members including purlins, tie bars, and bracing support wall and roof cladding while helping resist longitudinal loads such as wind and earthquake forces. Steel purlins are available in high-grade steel conforming to GB/T 2518-2008, Q235B/Q345B Grade or equivalent, with thickness options of 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm, all featuring galvanized coating. Column bracing utilizes round steel or angle steel as required by building specifications.
Baodu offers comprehensive roof and wall solutions including steel sheet, sandwich panels, and related accessories. Available in various profiles, base metals, and coatings, these panels provide excellent corrosion resistance, vibrant colors, and convenient processing. Steel sheet thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.7mm. Sandwich panels feature insulation cores of EPS, fiberglass wool, rock glass wool, or PU with thickness options from 50mm to 200mm.
Profiled steel decking plates support floor concrete in multi-story buildings including power plants, exhibition halls, industrial workshops, and commercial spaces. These decking boards enable rapid construction, providing sturdy platforms quickly while supporting repetitive construction operations and concrete slab pouring.
