The imitation marble slab machinery has a compact structure and superior performance. The screw and barrel are optimized design and processed by alloy steel, so that the whole machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion, high output, long life and so on.
The main barrel is heated by cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and temperature is controlled by precision electronic control instrument. The precise shaping and calendering device, through its good adjustment function, makes the plate shape excellent. The cutting part adopts a fixed-length cutting device to ensure the length of the plate. The plate extrusion equipment consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a plate mold, three-roller shaping, traction and other auxiliary parts. It realizes multiple functions and can produce imitation solid wood plates, solid hard PVC plates, free foaming plates, and PVC. Soft coils and so on.
