This kind of mold is used for making PVC windowsill profiles.It consists of die head,calibrator and watertank.
Mold material:S136H stainless steel
For window sill board mould,we have 300mm,350mm,400mm,500mm,600mm and so on.The window sill can be PVC only or PVC with color extrusion.
Die head: to shape the moving melt plastic with high temperature.
Calibrator: to cooling the plastic extruded product from the die head with water cooling and vacuum forming.
Water tank: to cooling the plastic extruded product again with pure water and to shape the extuded product perfectly again with tankplates.
