Product Description:

PTFE Knitted Mesh, also known as PTFE Demister Pad Knitted Wire Mesh / PTFE Gas Liquid Filter, is widely used in gas-liquid filtration applications.

Due to its inherent properties, it has excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures, and can be used in any kind of chemical media for a long period.

 

Features:

The PTFE woven mesh has many excellent features, including strong chemical stability, high thermal and low temperature resistance, non-toxicity, and light weight.

Chemically, it has great resistance to a variety of strong acids, bases, organic solvents, and other extreme chemical conditions.

Thermally, it is able to withstand up to 400°C at maximum decomposition temperature and up to 250°C working temperature. Even at temperatures as low as -196°C, it is still able to maintain good mechanical strength and 5% elongation.

It also has self-lubricating properties, with a friction coefficient of just 0.04, making it hard to adhere to any other substance.

Its dielectric characteristics are also independent of temperature and frequency.

In addition, with less than 10-11 and 10-12 grams per milliliter of lead and uranium content respectively, the PTFE material is non-toxic.

Lastly, PTFE woven mesh is much lighter than metal alternatives, making it easier to install and replace.
