This kind of wire mesh filter is also known as mist filter, the product "from 0005 to 0350" metal silk thread woven, silk thread can be round or flat, flat silk area is greater than the circular, affects the fluid filtration, stress level and cost, etc.,large diameter line of low cost but filtering performance is poor, small diameter line filter performance is good but the cost is higher,Demister Filter also known as wire mesh demister, is a kind of vapor liquid separating device.It is made up of many corrugated gas liquid filter net,a grid and a fixed distance rod .It is most often used to separate liquid drop with diameter of more than 3-5 μm in the separation tower.
Demister Pad also know as mist eliminator or spray. This is a kind of high efficiency separation devices,used throughout all kinds of process industries,to remove liquid droplets from gas or vapor streams.
Materials for making of demister filters cover stainless steel wire,copper wire,monel wire,fiber glass and other fine materials.Demisters are classified into Standard Type,High Efficiency Type,High Permeability Type and Shock Absorption Type according to the features of filters.
