1. Random Packing Support Plate for Distillation Tower

It is composed of several beam support plates, which is a detachable structure.

The opening size of the support plate is generally 12mm * 45mm long round hole. When the size (diameter or height) of the bulk packing is smaller than the opening size of the support plate, lay one or two layers of wire mesh on the upper surface of the support plate, and then stack the packing.

2. The random packing support plate arrangements according to tower inner diameter (part table):

When the tower inner diameter is over 2600mm, main bearing beam under the beam supporting plate is required.

3. Features of beam type random packing support plate

1. Good rigidity and large capacity.
2. The pressure drop of gas through the support plate is small.
3. The gas and liquid flow channels are separated, and the gas phase is sprayed to the packing layer through the side opening holes, while the liquid phase flows to the lower packing layer through the opening at the bottom of the support plate, so the gas and liquid are evenly distributed
4. The free cross-sectional area of gas-phase flow is large. Generally, the free cross-sectional area can reach more than 90% of the cross-sectional area of the tower, so a higher gas-liquid load is allowed.
