Q: Can I ask for a sample order?
A: Absolutely! we can provide an initial sample. But our samples are not free. We need to charge for the samples.
Q: Is there a professional R & D team and engineering technology department?
A: Independent R&D Team with high degree and rich experience,which makes us have the strong ability to meet different demands from our customers.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Most of them are 30% T/T prepaid, and the rest need to be paid before shipment.
Q: What time do you ship my order?
A: The production time is normally 5-6 working days after receiving your payment for samples, but it can be negotiated based on order qty.
Q: What special services can you provide?
A: Product customization (current/voltage, electrical circuit and function), appearance, label, package box and other packaging design and shipping agency.
Our warranty time is 18 months, to regular customers we can extand the worranty time to 24 months. If product is broken in warranty, we will provide free replacment.
