Copper Nickel Resistance Alloy Heating Wire
CuNi8 resistance alloy is a copper-nickel binary alloy featuring a low temperature coefficient of resistance, making it ideal for low voltage electrical components. With a maximum operating temperature of 250°C, this material is commonly used in low voltage circuit breakers, thermal cutouts, and low temperature electric blankets.
The alloy also serves in manufacturing heating cables for home electric blankets. Its excellent thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance ensure reliable performance and durability across various applications.
