Our nickel foam is produced using advanced electrodeposition technology. The process begins with porous open-cell foam plastic substrate, followed by conductive layer preparation through electroless nickel plating, vacuum nickel plating, or conductive adhesive dipping. The material undergoes electroplating in sulfate nickel plating electrolyte, then proceeds through burning, reducing, and annealing processes to achieve the final three-dimensional network structure.
Primarily used as electrode material for NiMH batteries, extensively applied in laptops, mobile phones, electric scooters, bicycles, and hybrid vehicles.
Serves as electrocatalyst for molten carbonate fuel cells operating at 550-700°C.
Functions as catalyst carrier for automotive catalytic converters, catalytic combustion systems, and diesel vehicle emission control.
Includes filter materials, magnetic current conductors, hydrogen storage media, and heat exchange applications.
