Nickel Alloy Incoloy 800H Bar
Incoloy 800HT provides exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid environments and maintains strong performance in chloride, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid conditions.
This alloy contains niobium for stabilization against sensitization and intergranular corrosion, ensuring excellent mechanical properties and superior fabricability.
High-Temperature Performance
Incoloy 800H is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy widely used in high-pressure structures at elevated temperatures. The alloy's strength is enhanced through carbon, aluminum, and titanium additions, with annealing at minimum 1149°C to achieve ASTM5 or coarser grain size.
It delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance, and processability in water-based media up to 500°C.
