4mm 5mm Nickel Based Incoloy Alloy 800/800H Bar with 30-35% Nickel Content and 500°C Temperature Resistance
Incoloy 800HT offers excellent resistance in sulfuric acid environments and maintains good performance in chloride, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid solutions. The alloy contains niobium for stabilization against sensitization and intergranular corrosion.
Incoloy 800H is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy widely used in high-pressure structures at elevated temperatures. The high strength is achieved through carbon, aluminum, and titanium additions, with annealing at minimum 1149°C to achieve ASTM5 or coarser grain size. It maintains excellent corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance, and processability in water-based media up to 500°C.
